Join us the first Saturday in December for the Christmas in Historic Boonville Festival, featuring a parade, crafts, wonderful shopping, and tour some of Boonville’s most beautiful historic homes, all decked out for the holiday season.   Multiple events held all over downtown, ranging from 9am – 5pm Saturday December 3rd this year.  Below is a tenative list of events for the day.

9am – 4pm Holiday Market – Get some holiday shopping in with Arts and Crafts Booths at Turner Hall on Vine St.

10am – 2pm Model Train Open House – You won’t want to miss this incredible model train display built into the basement of the City Council chambers on the corner of 6th St. and Spring St.  Location in the back of the building.

10am – 4pm Holiday Homes Tours – Tour 5 historic homes, located around the downtown area, including the Walter Williams Home which features over 100 Christmas trees. Tickets are $20 each and will be available at the Visitor Center at 100 E. Spring St. or call 660-882-3967 for more information.

10am – 3pm – Roslyn Heights Home Tours with Lunch available from 11am – 1pm. Tour the Roslyn Heights Mansion owned by the Daughters of the American Revolution.  Additional tours available Dec. 4th as well as Dec. 10th and 11th.  Veteran’s tree lighting ceremony on December 4th at 5pm.

11am – 2pm Soup, Salad and Dessert Lunch at the First Presbyterian Church – Proceeds go to Toys for Tots and their church repair fund.

2pm – Holiday Parade through Downtown Boonville put on by the Boonville Area Chamber of Commerce with a Country Christmas theme that you won’t want to miss.

12pm and 3pm – Car Museum Tours– Visit Lewis Miller’s Mitchell Motorcar Museum. This one of a kind attraction will be available for 1 hour tours for $5 each at 12pm and at 3pm.

2pm – 4pm – Night in Bethlehem and Living Nativity Event at Nelson Memorial United Methodist Church on Spring Street

4:30- Holiday Play- Christmas Eve Chaos – A Short Comedy by Angela Tomaselli, performed by the Children’s Community Theatre, and directed by Krescenz Hundley.  Doors open at 4pm and the performance will begin at 4:30pm in historic Thespian Hall located on Main Street.

the Mitchell Car Museum Tour, and the Children’s Play for just $25 per person!
